OUR SERVICES
  1. Consultation
We do not charge for your initial consultation. We do not want you worrying about the bill while we assess whether your legal situation is one for which we can provide a service. If we determine that we can help you we will be up front and honest about costs. By the conclusion of your consultation we will assess your legal situation, tell you what it will cost to assist you, and execute a retainer agreement should you decide to retain us. Should you choose to retain us you have made the decision to become one of our highly valued clients. We know your legal situation may be one of the most difficult times in your life. Our quality counsel and skilled advocacy will empower you to make informed decisions.
  2. Family Law
We are here for you as you navigate through what can be one of life's most stressful moments. Whether you are facing a divorce, a child custody issue, child support problems, domestic violence or abuse, separation, support issues, or seeking to expand your family through adoption we will help you understand every step of the process. We seek to encourage cooperation between parties, but we also advocate vigorously for our clients when it becomes necessary. Because we are a small firm, we can give your case the close attention it deserves, communicating with you every step of the way.
  3. Bankruptcy
We understand that no matter how hard you may try to stay ahead of your bills, sometimes circumstances make it impossible. Fortunately, our government designed a Bankruptcy Code knowing that our economy is better off when we allow people a financial fresh start. We are here to help you assess your financial situation, formulate a strategy, and follow through with a plan that will get you back on solid ground. Timing is often critical if you are facing a bankruptcy, so do not hesitate to call us for a consultation today! From the moment you retain our services, you can refer all of your creditors to us. We will handle them as we begin processing the paperwork necessary to get you a fresh start under Chapter 7, or reorganize your bills to an affordable monthly payment under Chapter 13.
  4. Criminal Law
When you or someone you love is facing criminal charges, it is important to have a skilled attorney protecting the rights and the future of the accused. We will stand by you, taking the most appropriate path for resolution in your unique case, whether negotiating with the Commonwealth or following through with more formal court proceedings. If you are facing a felony, misdemeanor, probation revocation, DUI, drug charges, or any other criminal charge, we will strive to get you the best possible outcome while defending your constitutional rights.
  5. Probate
Now is the time to make decisions about the end of your life's journey. We will work with you to draft a solid will, create a trust, or execute the documents necessary to ensure that your instructions are honored and your loved ones are provided for.
